- Stay updated with industry trends and recommend adjustments to the social media strategy as needed.

**Content Creation**:

- Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for different social media platforms, including images, videos, infographics, and written posts.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop compelling visual assets that communicate the brand's message effectively.

**Community Management**:

- Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding promptly to comments, messages, and interactions in a professional and engaging manner.
- Foster positive relationships with the online community, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback.

**Campaign Management**:

- Plan, execute, and manage social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for optimization.

**Analytics and Reporting**:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI for social media efforts.
- Generate regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improving social media performance.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and content, to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

**Stay Current**:

- Stay updated on emerging social media trends, tools, and platforms to suggest innovative ideas for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Any degree, Social Media experience or related field preferred.
- Proven 5 to 6 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
- In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate original content ideas.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools are a plus.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
