**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **Sales and Collection Executive** to join our team. Your main job will be to find new customers, increase sales, and make sure customers pay their dues on time. You should be good at talking to people, building relationships, and handling payment follow-ups.

**What You Will Do:Sales Work**:

- Find new customers and explain our products or services.
- Keep in touch with existing customers and help them with their needs.
- Work to achieve your monthly sales targets.
- Give feedback about the market and competitors.
- Work with other teams to make sure customers get proper service and support.

**Collection Work**:

- Call, message, or visit customers to remind them about pending payments.
- Collect payments on time while keeping a good relationship with customers.
- Keep records of payments and follow-ups.
- Help solve any issues related to payments.
- Make payment plans if needed and follow company rules for collections.

**Who Can Apply**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any stream
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in sales or collections (experience in batteries, finance, or EV industry is a plus)
- **Skills Needed**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Positive and customer-friendly attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
- **Other**:

- Ready to travel for field visits when needed
- Knowledge of lithium-ion batteries is an advantage

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month

**Extra Pay**: Performance bonus

**Work Timing**:

- Day shift (Monday to Saturday or as per company policy)
