SQL Database Administrator

Qualification Required:

- MCA

**Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server instances and databases.
- Monitor database performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform database backups and recovery operations.
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
- Design and maintain database structures, including tables, indexes, and views.
- Perform database upgrades and migrations.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery for SQL databases.
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize queries and database structures.
- Document database processes and provide support for database-related incidents.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a SQL Database Administrator (DBA).
- Strong knowledge of SQL Server, including management and configuration.
- Experience with database backup, recovery, and security best practices.
- Ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Familiarity with database design and normalization.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate) are a plus.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with cloud-based SQL database management (e.g., Azure SQL, AWS RDS).
- Familiarity with database automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
