Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities (Training will be provided)**:

- Assist in the safe and efficient operation of industrial boilers.
- Monitor boiler parameters pressure, temperature, water levels and record readings accurately.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to boiler operation and maintenance.
- Assist with routine checks and minor maintenance activities under supervision.
- Report any malfunctions or abnormalities to the senior operator/supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the boiler house area.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth production flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards relevant to the "sweet line" operations.

**Qualifications**:

- **ITI (Industrial Training Institute) certificate in a relevant trade (e.g., Fitter, Mechanic, Boiler Attendant, Mechanical Engineering).**:

- Basic understanding of mechanical principles and industrial safety.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions diligently.
- Good observational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness required for standing, lifting (as per industry standards), and working in an industrial environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable).
