**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and design solutions for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, and website assets.
- Create visually appealing and cohesive designs that effectively communicate key messages and reflect the Step Up Academy brand.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, typography, and visual communication.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with printers and other vendors to ensure the quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide design expertise, and address feedback and revisions.
- Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to promote Step Up Academy programs and events.
- Assist with other design-related tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in an educational or creative agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print and digital projects.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas while also adhering to brand guidelines and project requirements.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, and/or web design is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 48 per week
