**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Analyze market trends and audience preferences to ensure designs are impactful and relevant.
- Utilize Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing.
- Maintain design consistency across all brand materials while adhering to established brand guidelines.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing new design perspectives and ideas.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a must.
- At least 2 years of experience in graphic design or a similar role.
- Strong grasp of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.
- Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
- A portfolio demonstrating your creative design work is required.
