Job Title: UI/UX Designer Location: Remote (Based in India)

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand user needs
- Create user-centered designs and wireframes that align with project goals and target audience
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve user experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to deliver cutting-edge designs

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer in the healthcare industry
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Proficient in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
