**Job Title**: UI/UX Designer (4+ Years Experience)

In this role, you will help design and enhance user-centric digital products, contributing to the overall user experience and interface of our platforms.

**Job Summary**: As a UI/UX Designer, you will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create exceptional user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Your role will involve conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensuring the usability of our products.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **User Research & Analysis**:

- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points.
- Analyze data from user feedback, analytics, and market trends to drive design decisions.
- **UI Design**:

- Ensure consistency and clarity across all platforms by adhering to design guidelines and best practices.
- **UX Design**:

- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to optimize the user journey.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and analysis.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to align designs with product requirements and business goals.
- Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
- **Design Systems**:

- Maintain and update design systems to ensure consistency in style, components, and layout across all platforms.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of design standards.
- **Prototyping**:

- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user interactions and flows.
- Use tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to bring concepts to life.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Experience: 4 to 5 years**:

- 4+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- **Design Tools**:

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Experience in prototyping and wireframing tools.
- **Understanding of User-Centered Design**:

- Deep knowledge of user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong ability to empathize with users and translate insights into design solutions.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present design ideas clearly.
- Strong communication skills to effectively articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- **Technical Knowledge**:

- Familiarity with front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.

**Nice to Have**:

- Experience in designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android).
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
