**Position**:

- **Freelance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Assessment Creation** (Urdu and Marathi)
- **Number of Resources Needed**: 1 per language

**Responsibilities**:

- **Assessment Creation**:

- Develop a **language proficiency test** (35-40 questions) including multiple-choice and written responses.
- Ensure questions assess **word usage, comprehension, grammar, and cultural relevance**.
- Follow provided guidelines and confirm test accuracy after uploading.
- **Review completed assessments** for language proficiency, grammar, and cultural understanding.
- Work volume may vary weekly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Native proficiency** in Urdu or Marathi (from India)
- **Fluent English proficiency (C1 level)**:

- **Master’s or PhD** in **literature or linguistics** (Urdu/Marathi)
- **Preferred**: Experience in **assessment creation, evaluation, or teaching**
- Strong linguistic expertise with **assessment or teaching experience**:

- Ability to **work independently** and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with **cultural sensitivity**

This freelance role offers flexibility, making it ideal for experienced **linguists, educators, or assessment creators**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
