**About the Role**:
We are seeking a **Hospital Sales Representative** to be stationed at a hospital, engaging daily with **doctors, medical staff, and hospital administration** to generate leads and drive sales of **medical equipment** (wheelchairs, BiPAP machines, oxygen concentrators, hospital beds, etc.).

**Job Description-**

This role requires **strong relationship-building skills** and a proactive approach to converting hospital interactions into sales opportunities.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Doctor & Hospital Engagement**: Build and maintain daily communication with **doctors, nurses, and hospital staff**.
**Lead Generation**: Identify potential customers from **hospital inpatients & outpatient departments** and convert leads into sales.
**Product Education**: Explain and promote **our medical equipment solutions** to healthcare professionals.
**Sales & Coordination**: Work closely with the **inside sales team** to ensure smooth lead processing, order fulfillment, and delivery.
**Customer Support**: Assist patients and their families in choosing the right medical equipment.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1-4 years in **hospital sales, pharma sales, or medical equipment sales**.
**Education**: Graduate in **Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field**.
Strong **communication & relationship-building skills**.
Comfortable with **hospital-based work & daily interactions with doctors**.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools).

**Salary & Benefits**:
**Fresher
- ₹10,000-₹14,000 per month + incentives**

**1-2 years experience** → **₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month** + Incentives

**2-4 years experience** → **₹20,000 - ₹28,000 per month** + Incentives

**Growth Opportunities**: Potential for promotion to **Territory Manager**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
