Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars to inform students about medical school options and admission requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with medical schools, universities, and other stakeholders to stay updated on admission policies and procedures.
- Assess student profiles, identify strengths and weaknesses, and create personalized admission plans.
- Assist students in preparing for entrance exams, interviews, and other admission requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in medical education policies, admission procedures, and trends.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure seamless execution of admission processes.

**Requirements**:

- Medical background (MBBS or related degree) or experience in medical education counseling.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
- Strong knowledge of medical school admission processes, policies, and procedures.
- Ability to work with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in medical education counseling or admissions.
- Knowledge of medical entrance exams and admission procedures.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other admission management tools.
