Responsibilities & Duties

3.Past experience in with a reputed BPO/KPO/ITES.
4.Attention to Detail, Ability to work under pressure and deliver under tight deadlines.
5.Good analytical skills, Team Player, Flexible, should be able to work independently.
6.take ownership of his/her activities, Will be responsible for achieving team targets.
7.able to communicate professionally, confidently, and effectively, work professionally and cooperatively with
stakeholders.
8.able to maintaining timely delivery of the assigned works for self and team.
9.Must have worked into Attrition, Shrinkage, SLA, C-SAT, AHT, NPS.
10.Good TEAM handling and CLIENT coordination experience.
11.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
12.Team Handling skills, Problem solving skills - working in challenging environment.

1. Experience with Ecommerce domain/ Backoffice operations would be an added advantage.
2. Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
3. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
4. Team player.
5. Good time-management skills..
6. Great interpersonal and communication skill.
