We're Hiring for the below position.

Position: soft skills Trainer

Company Profile: Kriya NextWealth Private Limited. Kriya was started in the year 2010, and saw steady growth, having delivered niche projects for international clients KRIYA currently has four delivery centers located in Chittoor (Andhra Pradesh), Vellore (Tamil Nadu),Mysuru, Bangalore & Hubli (Karnataka) with a workforce of more than 1300. Kriya operates in the areas of data preparation and pre-processing for AI/ML models, voice-based services, computer vision, and allied services.

Qualification: Any Degree

**Required Skills**:
1.Create training and development programs / plans for specific LOB.

2.Responsible for New hire training (end to end).

3.Coordination for refresher training bases TNI's. Refresher training with efficacy mapping.

4.Track and improve post training effectiveness.

5.Responsible for Floor training based on TNI (end to end)

6.Manage PKTs & all Knowledge assessments

7.Own update management process

8.Handle ad-hoc training requests for multiple accounts.

9.Participate in client calls representing TechM

10.Consolidate, maintain and share training data to internal and external stakeholders.

11.Own creation and regular update of training SOPs based on various quality standards.

12.Publish training dashboards to the Stakeholders.

13.Driving and participating in KPI Improvement projects, performance improvement and cost reduction.

14.Conduct TNI/TNA to understand process requirements and roll out action plans 15.Consult with TL's/peers & RM to identify and drive process improvement initiatives.

16.Participate in calibration session within the team and with Quality / Operations when required.

17.Closely work with Operations and get their input/feedback as to where are the shortcomings in the process.

18.Analyze the Audit data, Survey data, prepare & implement action plans. 19.Analyze the coaching/training needs of the associates and support them in delivery.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 per year
