**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Process Management**:
- Monitor and oversee daily operations to ensure processes run smoothly.
- Coordinate with teams to maintain workflow efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions for process improvement.
- **Documentation & Reporting**:
- Maintain accurate records of process activities and generate reports as required.
- Analyze data to track performance and highlight areas for optimization.
- **Communication**:
- Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication.
- Relay critical updates and address queries or issues promptly.
- **Compliance & Standards**:
- Ensure processes align with company policies and quality standards.
- Assist in audits and implement corrective actions when needed.
**Requirements**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with process workflows and related tools/software.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
**Preferred**:
- Previous experience in process coordination or a similar role.
- Degree in business administration, operations, or a related field.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
