**What you’ll be doing**
- Create 2D and 3D graphics for digital and print media.
- Design and animate short videos, reels, and motion graphics for social media and marketing.
- Assist in video editing and post-production tasks.
- Develop engaging visual assets in line with brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise design ideas.
- Ensure timely delivery of creative assets.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, 2D and 3D animation, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).
- Knowledge of Indian têxtiles and heritage is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, player psychology, and UX/UI best practices.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with agile development methods.
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- A portfolio showcasing previous 2D, 3D, and animation work.
- Strong sense of design, color theory, and typography.

**Good to Have**:

- Fluent in English and regional language.
- Able to pay close attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects under tight time frames.
- Highly organized, flexible with the ability to adapt to a fast
- paced environment.
