**Job Description: Upholstery Master**

**Location: Manufacturing Unit**

**Reporting Manager: General Manager**

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Ø Meeting with clients and design agents to discuss upholstery ideas.

Ø Interpreting design orders and creating upholstery stencils.

Ø Selecting and sourcing upholstery materials.

Ø Dismantling furniture for upholstery preparation.

Ø Measuring and cutting leather or fabric with the aid of design stencils.

Ø Installing foam and batting to the furniture framework.

Ø Installing and repairing furniture webbing and seating springs.

Ø Stretching out and installing fabric or leather coverings.

Ø Stitching, glueing, and nailing fabric into place.

Ø Smoothing out imperfections.

Ø Conducting quality checks on completed orders.

**Skills & Requirements**:
Ø High school diploma or GED.

Ø Proven work experience as an upholsterer.

Ø Excellent design skills.

Ø Detail-oriented.

Ø Ability to draw and interpret design templates.

Ø Knowledge of upholstery tools, including hot knives, nail guns, and sewing equipment.

Ø Ability to lift, pull, and manipulate heavy objects.

Ø Ability to stand, kneel, and walk for up to eight hours a day.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
