**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy**:

- Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to align with overall business goals and brand vision.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Content Creation & Curation**:

- Design, create, and curate engaging content for multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality images, videos, and stories that showcase our jewellery collections and brand aesthetics.
- Stay on top of trends in the jewellery industry to ensure content is relevant and innovative.
- **Community Management**:

- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive brand community.
- Build relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and potential partners to help grow our reach and visibility.
- **Brand Awareness & Growth**:

- Utilize social media channels to promote new jewellery collections, special promotions, and upcoming events.
- Monitor brand mentions, track sentiment, and manage reputation across social platforms.
- Implement paid social media campaigns, including Facebook and Instagram Ads, to increase traffic and conversions.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track social media analytics, monitor trends, and analyze the performance of content and campaigns.
- Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Campaigns and Promotions**:

- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, giveaways, and collaborations to drive engagement and brand loyalty.
- Develop seasonal or product-specific campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- **Collaboration with Other Departments**:

- Work closely with the e-commerce, sales, and PR teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
- Ensure consistency in messaging across all channels and platforms.
- **Editing & Post-production**:

- Edit photos and videos to create polished, professional content that is in line with the brand’s visual style and standards.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and meets the quality standards before publishing.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
