**PROFILE INTRODUCTION**

An English teacher is responsible for instructing students in the English language, literature, reading, writing, and related skills. They create a positive and engaging learning environment, develop lesson plans, assess student performance, and provide constructive feedback to enhance students' language proficiency and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development**:Develop and implement comprehensive English lesson plans in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
Select appropriate textbooks, literature, and other learning materials to support teaching objectives.

**Classroom Instruction**:Teach English language skills, including reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
Use various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and facilitate effective learning.
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.

**Assessment and Evaluation**:Evaluate and assess students' language abilities through tests, assignments, and other forms of assessment.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their performance.
Monitor and track students' progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

**Individualized Support**:Provide additional support and guidance to students who may be struggling with English language skills.
Offer extra help, tutoring, or specialized instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.

**Communication**:Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss students' progress, areas of improvement, and achievements.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings and professional development activities.

**Classroom Management**:Establish and enforce classroom rules and behavior expectations.
Address disciplinary issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive and respectful learning environment.

**Professional Development**:Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, educational trends, and linguistic research.
Pursue continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or license (requirements vary by location).
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Patience, creativity, and adaptability in teaching diverse groups of students.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
