- BA,MA With B.ED.**

- Fluent English, **Hindi And Marathi

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, develop, and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Create engaging and innovative lesson plans to enhance students' language proficiency, reading comprehension, and writing skills.
- Select appropriate literary works and materials that cater to students' diverse interests and learning levels.
- Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and open discussion.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and assessments to guide students' growth and improvement.
- Utilize various teaching strategies, resources, and technologies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
- Implement effective classroom management techniques to maintain a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
- Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and exams to evaluate students' progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align curriculum, share best practices, and contribute to the overall improvement of the English department.
- Communicate regularly with students, parents, and guardians to provide updates on progress, performance, and areas of improvement.
- Stay updated on current educational trends, methodologies, and technological advancements in language teaching.
- Participate in professional development activities, workshops, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
- Deep knowledge of literature, both classic and contemporary, across various genres and cultures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Innovative and creative approach to lesson planning and curriculum development.
- Proficiency in integrating technology and multimedia resources into teaching.
