**Solution Architect - LSP**

**Solution Architect Execution**

Solution Architect Execution (TMSLSP- Transportation Management System for LSP) will be responsible to work with global functional and technical teams under various customer engagements to gather and understand the technical / functional reported issues/problems and drive towards solutions and fixes. Individual will work with global customers/stakeholders to rollout, support our designed products / solutions to efficiently satisfy business requirements, while balancing complexity to ensure processes are supportable and meet customer satisfaction. Individual should be passionate about working with new technologies, products and demonstrate ability to learn quickly, have good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work on resolution of solution issues in collaboration with multiple E2open and customer stakeholders.
- Conduct business and technical design workshops around our customers' complex global Supply Chain processes to create highly scalable and sustainable solutions
- Synthesize customer's business requirements to create clear and comprehensive use cases and solution design documentation
- Perform fit gap analysis between E2open cloud product functionality and the client's requirements
- Capture and share best practice knowledge among E2open Professional Services community
- Articulates how the E2open product solution can meet the business objectives of the client
- Fully understand the key deliverables in the project under their direct control and maintain close co-operation with the Project Manager in terms of milestones, priorities, timescales, risks & issues.
- Develop test plans and strategies to drive configuration testing internally and externally
- Test product configurations internally before releasing to customers.
- Test product configurations with customers and identify any deviations from the agreed flow/functionality.

**Qualifications**:

- 12+ years working in Supply Chain or transportation related or SaaS-related field in increasingly responsible roles including implementing complex solutions in an enterprise customer environment (preferably transportation).
- 5+ years previous experience in the delivery of software solutions within the Logistics & Supply Chain Industry, specifically in Customs, Forwarding, or Transportation
- Good knowledge and exposure to Road Transportation, Logistics and industry best practices.
- Familiarity with SAP, Oracle and/or other ERP systems
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field, Master's degree a plus
- Ability to produce professional quality documentation.
- Previous experience implementing software using a software development lifecycle (SDLC) implementation model
- Supply chain certification a plus.

**Physical Responsibilities**:

- General office environment and responsibilities requiring:

- Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
- Placing and receiving phone calls
- Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
- May require up to 75% travel as needed
