As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into functional architecture and design. You will work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, engineers, and project managers, to ensure the solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization. Your role involves creating and maintaining scalable, adaptable, and integrated solutions that provide a competitive advantage for the business.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, and translate those requirements into robust technical solutions. Create comprehensive solution designs that address business problems and align with the overall architecture.
System Integration: Develop strategies for system integration and oversee the implementation of the architecture. Ensure that various systems and components work seamlessly together within the overall solution.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to development teams, offering technical expertise and support in the implementation of solutions. Act as a mentor to junior architects and developers.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential risks in the architecture or design and develop mitigation strategies. Perform regular risk assessments to maintain the integrity and security of the solution.
Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed solutions. Lead testing and validation processes to ensure the functionality and performance meet the requirements.
Documentation and Communication: Document the architecture, design, and processes involved in the solution. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Technology Evaluation: Stay updated on emerging technologies and assess their applicability within the existing systems. Make recommendations on technology adoption and integration into the architecture.
**Requirements**:
Proven experience 3 years working as a Solution Architect or in a similar role.-
- Strong technical expertise in a variety of technologies and platforms.-
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design solutions that meet business needs.-
- Proficiency in architectural methodologies and principles.-
- Experience in leading and working within cross-functional teams.-
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.**Preferred Skills**:
- Industry certifications - AWS Certified Solutions Architect-
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures.-
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards.-
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
