JOB DESCRIPTION - STORE INCHARGE/PURCHASE

Responsibilities and Duties

Experience in Civil Construction Stores

Preparation of DMRs and Stock Registers

Maintenance of fixed assets, disposal of scrap etc

Preparing monthly stock statement while taking physical balance of every item

Maintain the materials inward and outward records properly

Taking care of assets materials like machinery, shuttering, scaffolding, office furniture etc.

Preparing monthly excess (Non-moving) materials statement

Maintenance of all required stores records

Inventory and materials control

Preservation method is to be established

Informing the status of balance engineers to raise further materials requirement & follow up with purchase department and supplier

Issuing materials to proper person for proper work after proper verifications

Receiving & issuing of steel and bulk material proper person for proper work after proper verifications

Possessing the skills required in the operation of a store, responsible for the maintenance of maximum and minimum stocks, operation of an accounting system, maintenance of inventory records, the preparation of orders, receiving, inspecting and storing of supplies, disbursed on job orders and material transfers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
