Job Title: Customer Support Executive

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Providing accurate and complete information about our products or services to customers.
- Identifying and resolving customer concerns or complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating databases with customer information and interactions.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers.
- Providing feedback to management on customer needs and trends.
- Continuously improving knowledge of products or services offered by the organization.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Experience using customer service software and tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
