**Role Description**:
Kasper Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for Event Executive for the **Convergence India Expo** which is going to be held from **19th to 21st March 2025**. Event Executive will be responsible for presenting our in-house developed **HRMS (Human Resource Management Software)** to the visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop event concepts and strategies based on company objectives.
- Create detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and task assignments.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
- Conduct site visits and ensure venues are set up as per requirements.
- Lead a team of staff, volunteers, and promoters to ensure smooth event execution.
- Provide training and briefings to ensure all team members understand their roles.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional campaigns.
- Oversee event-day logistics, including setup, registration, crowd management, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure a seamless experience for attendees while adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Collect feedback from attendees, clients, and team members.
- Prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvements.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-2 years of experience in event management or coordination.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
