**Job description**Role Requirements
- You must have as a minimum 2years of Consulting experience in all aspects of the eDiscovery document evidence management realm, including litigation review platform experience, particularly within the RelativityOne and/or Nuix Discover platforms.

Expectations and Primary Responsibilities
- Proven knowledge and experience in Relativity including but not limited
- A pro-active approach is essential, offering alternative solutions and lateral thinking. The Consultant is also responsible for the project management and smooth running of a project.
- A can-do attitude is required to ensure LIO goes above and beyond our clients expectations.
- Often, we work under extreme time pressures and there will be a requirement to stay beyond standard working hours to see the task through to completion, in these situations there is flexibility with standard working hours.

EXPERIENCE ,KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND behaviors
- **Minium 2 years of experience in eDiscovery Client Services or litigation/practice support department within a law firm**:

- Expert understanding of structured and unstructured data, metadata, storage and retrieval, and databases.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact and explain challenges faced during data handling to team members, through robust dialogue, facilitation, and persuasiveness
- Expertise and experience in assisting clients in managing eDiscovery matters.
- Strong project management skills.
- Effective at controlling client expectations and proven client relations experience within the e-Discovery realm.

- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results under pressure.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects with competing deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- A high level of **integrity**, **professionalism**, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Language Skills**:
Fluency in **English** is required, both written and spoken, as you will be communicating with international teams and clients, predominantly based in the USA.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
