As a Spoken English Trainer at Adsin Learning Hub, you will play a vital role in empowering our clients to develop their English communication skills effectively. You will be responsible for conducting engaging and interactive training sessions tailored to meet the specific needs of our learners. Your passion for teaching and expertise in English language instruction will contribute to the success of our training programs.

**Experience**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct spoken English training sessions for individuals and groups, focusing on improving speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
- Develop customized lesson plans and teaching materials based on learners' proficiency levels and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and resources to create dynamic and engaging learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to learners to help them overcome challenges and improve their language proficiency.
- Monitor progress and assess learners' performance through regular evaluations and assessments.
- Collaborate with colleagues to continuously enhance the effectiveness of our training programs and curriculum.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language teaching methodologies.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or language instructor.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to interact effectively with learners from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Passion for teaching and helping others succeed.
- Proficiency in using technology for instructional purposes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
