Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aimed at improving students' spoken English skills for interviews and professional communication.

2. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies, including role-playing, mock interviews, and interactive activities, to enhance students' language proficiency.

3. Assess students' communication strengths and weaknesses and provide targeted instruction to address areas needing improvement.

4. Incorporate real-life scenarios and industry-specific vocabulary to prepare students for job interviews and workplace communication.

5. Offer constructive feedback and guidance to help students refine their communication skills and build confidence.

6. Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment conducive to language acquisition and skill development.

7. Collaborate with colleagues to develop specialized curriculum materials tailored to the needs of upskilling courses.

8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in language teaching and professional development.

9. Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance in communication assessments.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.

2. Proven experience as a Spoken English Trainer or ESL instructor, with a focus on professional communication and interview preparation.

3. Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.

4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with students from diverse backgrounds.

5. Knowledge of language acquisition theories, teaching methodologies, and interview techniques.

6. Familiarity with industry-specific communication norms and expectations

7. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual learners and upskilling course objectives.

8. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
