- **Shankar TechX Private Limited (STPL) is a Technical Textile Division** of **Shankar Packaging Limited (SPL).**:

- With almost 40 years of manufacturing experience in India and **Manufacturing and Warehousing facilities in Poland and South Africa**, Shankar group’s quality is tested globally by a huge network of **importers and distributors.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
- Production forecasting for Tapeline, Warping and Weaving department.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure the availability of raw materials.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to forecast demand and plan production accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and present regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and other key performance indicators.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in production planning, inventory management, or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of geotêxtile products and industry standards is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
