**Job Description**:
Charvi Care Clinic, Thane, is seeking a proactive, persuasive, and patient individual to manage our hair transplant leads. Your main role will be to call prospective clients, explain our services, maintain follow-up, and convert leads into actual clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Call and engage with leads generated from our hair transplant marketing campaigns.

Clearly explain our procedures, packages, and benefits to potential clients.

Maintain lead database and update status regularly.

Achieve monthly conversion targets.

**Requirements**:
Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Previous experience in telesales, healthcare, beauty, or aesthetic clinic will be preferred.

Basic computer and WhatsApp proficiency.

Should be target-driven and result-oriented.

Charvi Care Clinic - Ghantali, Naupada, Thane (West)

**Job Type**:
Full-time (On-site)

**Salary**:
₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month + attractive incentives on conversions

Schedule:
Day shift (Monday to Saturday)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹9,195.06 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 per week
