**Job Role** The position holder is expected to maintain quality and implement quality tools to continuous increase quality of product. Inspection and testing is main aspect of this role and minimize rejections, errors in the system. He must be capable to implement quality principles and depth knowledge of analysis process.**Responsibilities**: To ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards, Knowledge of Total Quality management and quality tools such as 7 QC tools, why-why analysis, Pareto chart, all-all, Poke YokeKeeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis. Set standards of PQCDSM (Productivity, quality, cost, delivery, safety, morale).Depth knowledge of Kaizen principles, WI and other check sheets Cost monitoring and defect management in the productionComputation of PPM, OEEDevising, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.
