**KRA**:

- Minimize Product complaints on account of quality issues.
- Perform detailed QC checks at various stages of production as per product requirement.
- Documentation and filing of QC reports.
- Check that the raw material procured adheres to the quality standards approved by buyer.
- Prepare the QC report as per prescribed format and submit the same to production manager for approval/rejection.
- Check that specifications of the products are as per the guidelines given by the buyer and escalate variances to production manager.
- To ensure that the products manufactured match the approved samples.
- Internal testing done as per requirement of buyer and obtaining timely approvals.
- Help to maintain quality assurance SOP and guidelines.
- Escalate quality related issue to production manager for timely resolution.
- Conduct final inspection of of packed shipment to ensure that shipment meets the quality requirements of the buyer.
- QC Executive will be responsible for any claims from buyer on account of quality issues.

**Skills**: -Good knowledge in MS-office word & Excel.
