- **Lead Conversion**:The primary duty is to convert walk-in inquiries into sales and generate business from visitors.
- **Client Interaction**:Greet and engage with visitors, provide detailed information about products or services, and address their queries effectively.
- **Relationship Building**:Nurture and maintain healthy relationships with clients through regular contact and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and future business.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:Work to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by managing the sales process for walk-in customers.
- **Market Research**:Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and market trends, which helps in developing effective marketing strategies.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with other departments, such as the marketing and sales teams, to align on campaigns, offers, and overall sales efforts.

Key Skills Required
- **Strong Communication**:Excellent spoken communication skills in English and Hindi (or the local language) are crucial for interacting with a diverse clientele.
- **Customer Service**:The ability to handle customer inquiries and build strong client relationships is essential.
- **Sales Acumen**:Understanding how to identify customer needs and guide them through the sales process is vital.
