Job Description: Tele caller (Fresher and Experienced)

Location: Agra, India

Salary Range: 10,000 - 12,000 INR per month

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our products/services.

Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits to potential customers.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions.

Identify and generate sales leads through telephonic conversations.

Follow up with potential customers and schedule appointments for sales representatives.

Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Update customer databases with relevant information obtained during calls.

Handle customer complaints or concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and sales success.

**Requirements**:
Minimum education qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using CRM software.

Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for freshers.

Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent in making calls.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.
