**Job Title: Telecaller / Calling Executive**

**Location**: Sanjay Place Agra

**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Experience**: Freshers & Experienced both can apply
**Qualification**: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers/clients.
- Explain products or services and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain and update customer records accurately.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Handle follow-up calls and maintain a call log/report.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationships.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Good verbal communication in Hindi/English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and polite telephone manner.
- Ability to handle pressure and rejection positively.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.

**Additional Information**:

- Training will be provided (if applicable).
- Incentives based on performance.
- Working hours: 8 hours
- Gender: Male / Female both can apply

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
