Key responsibilities of this role would include, but are not limited to:
- Finance
- Preparation of books and accounts and financial statements of the company including Monthly & Quarterly Closing of books of accounts;
- Ensuring time-bound Statutory Audit;
- Filing of GST Returns;
- Ensuring compliance with Tax Laws and providing assistance with regards to payment of Advance Tax and filing of Income-Tax Returns;
- Engaging in the Management Presentation;
- Providing Assistance in the conduct of the business.
- Secretarial
- Ensuring the compliances of laws, rules and regulations applicable to the company;
- Provision of guidance to the Board of Directors with regards to their duties, responsibilities, and powers;
- Managing and Facilitating the meetings [including Annual General Meeting (AGM)] and maintenance of the minutes of the meeting;
**Required Qualifications**:
In view of this, the minimum set of qualifications would include:
- Company Secretary is must & CA / CMA
- A graduate from a recognised university;
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulations, and governance practices;
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Work Exp. - 1-3 Years
