**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Needs Analysis: Conduct assessments to identify learning needs and gaps for target audiences.
- Content Curation: Source and integrate relevant materials, case studies, and real-world examples into courses.
- Multimedia Integration: Incorporate videos, animations, quizzes, and interactive elements to enhance engagement.
- Quality Assurance: Review and test courses to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with learning objectives.
- Feedback Implementation: Collect and analyze learner feedback to improve course content and delivery.
- Compliance Check: Ensure courses meet industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., QHSE regulations).
- Localization: Adapt courses for different languages and cultural contexts if targeting a global audience.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor learner progress and course effectiveness using analytics tools.
- Version Control: Maintain updated versions of courses to reflect changes in industry standards or best practices.
- User Support: Provide technical and instructional support to learners and instructors.
