Gennext Strategy Advisors is currently hiring for one of the Leading Overseas Education Consultant in Mumbai.

**Position**:Assistant
- Client Services

**Company Name**: Vision International

**Experience**:Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in **Educational Background.**

**Salary**: 30k to 35k

**Location**: Matunga

**Requirements**:preferably in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding promptly to inquiries and providing guidance throughout their journey
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring that they receive exceptional customer service and support throughout their engagement with the consultancy
- Collaborate with other team members to deliver a high level of customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Co-ordinate with partners, associates and university representatives to ensure clients have all the necessary documentation & information required for their abroad studies
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities using our CRM system, including updating client information, recording communications and tracking progress
- Prepare & maintain reports on client activities and provide insights for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our clients

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, commerce or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in education or consulting
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for the education industry and a desire to help students achieve their goals.
