Collaboration and Communication**: - Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define design requirements and objectives. - Present and communicate design ideas and solutions effectively to stakeholders. **4. Testing and Iteration**: - Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs. - Iterate on designs based on user feedback and project goals. **5. Tools and Technologies**: - Utilize design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent. - Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision. **Experience and Skills** - 2-3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer - A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of projects and your design process - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, or Adobe XD - Understanding of responsive design, typography, and color theory **Soft Skills**: - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. **Specialized Fields**: - Bachelor’s Degree in User Experience Design - Bachelor’s Degree in Commercial arts (BFA/MFA) - Bachelor’s Degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) - UI/UX Design certifications (e.g., from Google, Coursera, Udemy, or similar) Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Health insurance - Paid sick time - Provident Fund - Work from home Schedule: - Day shift Supplemental Pay: - Performance bonus Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pune, Maharashtra Expected Start Date: 28/07/2025
