RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : Service Executive with experience of technical knowledge with retail call handling in furniture / equivalent industry

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY : Bengali, Hindi, English (Very good communication skill)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREA : Customer service support
- Customer escalation management
- Service Revenue generation
- technician allotment and taking service report
- product feedback
- knowledge on Inventory management
- Checking quality of assembly

BEHAVIORAL TRAIT : Smart, presentable, self-motivated, multitasking, convincing, eye for details,

punctual, mental agility to handle stress

TRAVELLING : Sometimes if required (travelling cost will be paid separate)

AREA OF OPERATION : Ranchi

SALARY RANGE : 18,000 to 20,000

JOINING : Immediate

**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
