We are looking for a creative and strategic content marketing leader to spearhead our content initiatives. As the **Lead - Content Marketing**, you will drive content creation, develop marketing strategies, and manage client projects, ensuring impactful results and high-quality deliverables.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Content Creation**
- Develop high-quality blogs tailored to specific target audiences.
- Write engaging video scripts that align with brand goals and storytelling objectives.
- Create clear, persuasive, and SEO-optimized website content.
- Design innovative social media content to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.

**Client & Project Management**
- Act as the primary liaison for client content requirements.
- Plan, execute, and oversee social media projects for B2B and B2C clients.
- Deliver content and campaigns on time, meeting or exceeding client expectations.

**Strategy Development & Execution**
- Design content marketing strategies that align with overall business goals.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities to inform content plans.
- Leverage analytics to evaluate content performance and maximize ROI.

**Team Collaboration**
- Work closely with designers, SEO teams, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive campaigns.
- Provide guidance and feedback to junior content creators to foster team growth.

**Social Media Management**
- Manage and monitor social media accounts, ensuring consistent engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize content strategies and improve performance.

**Key Competencies**
- Excellent communication skills.
- Creativity and innovative problem-solving.
- Strong team management and leadership abilities.

**Experience**
- 7+ years of relevant experience in content marketing.
- Prior experience in an agency setup is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
