- 2+ years- 2+ years of experience in a SaaS content team or editorial/media/journalism team.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, with experience writing for North American or European audiences preferred.
- Strong portfolio of published marketing collateral (no spec pieces).
- Sharp journalistic instincts to craft engaging angles and hooks.
- Strong time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Understanding of balancing content for search engines vs. readers.
- Some experience using generative AI to support (not write) content.
- A degree in English, Communications, or a related field is a bonus but not required.
- Familiarity with paid search and social advertising is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:
- Interview internal and external experts to craft blogs, research reports, and white papers.
- Repurpose long-form written and video content into engaging social media posts.
- Pitch fresh content ideas based on market trends and customer conversations.
- Develop high-quality written and video content, notifications, and ad copy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
