Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials (raw materials, packaging, consumables).
- Ensure proper storage, tagging, and labeling of materials as per company standards.
- Maintain inventory records using SAP and ERP or inventory management software.
- Issue materials to production departments based on Material Requisition Notes (MRNs).
- Coordinate with purchase and production departments regarding stock levels and reordering.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and physical verification of inventory.
- Monitor the movement of finished goods and maintain dispatch records.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and stock reports.
- Maintain documentation for inward/outward goods and ensure compliance with GST/invoice protocols.
- Liaise with transporters and vendors for timely delivery and dispatches.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Materials Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a store or warehouse role in a manufacturing industry (preferably plastic or polymer sector).
- Familiarity with **inventory management systems (ERP/SAP/Tally)**.
- Strong knowledge of **5S**, **FIFO/LIFO**, and other inventory best practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Physically fit and able to manage manual stock handling when required.
- Knowledge of safety and compliance standards in a factory environment.

**Desirable Skills**:

- Basic understanding of GST invoicing, e-way bills, and transport coordination.
- Ability to lead helpers/store assistants.
- Exposure to ISO documentation and audits is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
