**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall IT infrastructure management, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability.
- Administer and manage Azure services including Identity and Access Management (IAM), virtual machines deployment, configuration, and monitoring.
- Set up and maintain Azure virtual networks (VNets), subnets, and load balancers.
- Manage cloud storage solutions such as Blob, File, Queue, and Table storage.
- Ensure the security and compliance of cloud and on-premises environments.
- Manage Windows server environments and oversee virtualization processes.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Lead a small team of IT support staff to resolve technical issues and support end-users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute IT infrastructure projects.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong expertise in Azure administration (IAM, VM deployment, virtual networks, storage management).
- Proficiency in Windows server management and virtualization technologies.
- Experience with cloud storage solutions and load balancer configurations.
- Solid understanding of network architecture and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
