**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement safety programs and policies for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and mitigate hazards.
- Provide safety training and education to all employees and subcontractors.
- Monitor compliance with federal, state, and local safety regulations.
- Investigate incidents and accidents, preparing reports and recommendations for prevention.
- Collaborate with project managers to integrate safety into all aspects of project planning and execution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best safety practices.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in a safety management role in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver safety training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
