**Responsibilities**:
Curriculum Development: Design and develop comprehensive training materials, course content, and learning resources tailored to various hospitality management programs, including hotel management, restaurant operations, event planning, and customer service.

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions both in-classroom and through virtual platforms. Utilize a variety of instructional techniques, such as lectures, group discussions, role-playing, and hands-on activities, to maximize the learning experience.

Subject Matter Expertise: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in the hospitality industry. Share industry insights and practical knowledge with trainees to ensure relevance and applicability in real-world scenarios.

Assessments and Feedback: Create and administer evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs. Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills and knowledge.

Performance Improvement: Collaborate with management and department heads to identify specific training needs and areas for improvement within the hospitality teams. Develop targeted training plans to enhance employee performance and operational efficiency.

Technology Integration: Embrace and implement innovative training technologies, e-learning platforms, and digital tools to enhance the training experience and facilitate remote learning.

Compliance and Standards: Ensure that all training programs adhere to industry standards, compliance regulations, and accreditation requirements as applicable.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (at least 4 years) in hospitality management or a related field, preferably with experience in training and development.
- Strong knowledge of various aspects of hospitality management, including front-of-house operations, food and beverage management, guest services, and event planning.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective training programs, utilizing various instructional methods.
- Proficiency in using technology for training purposes, including e-learning platforms, virtual classrooms, and multimedia tools.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Patient, supportive, and adaptable attitude towards learners, with a passion for nurturing talent and fostering growth.
- Certification in Training and Development or relevant hospitality industry certifications is a plus
