Job Title
: Hospitality Trainer – Full time

Salary:

25,000 to 30,000 INR CTC p/m

Job Summary
: As a Hospitality Trainer for Pratham Education Foundation, you will be responsible for delivering training and education in the areas of Housekeeping and Food & Beverages to students enrolled in our courses. Your role will involve designing and implementing training programs, conducting practical demonstrations, and assessing student performance. You will play a crucial role in equipping students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
:

  • Develop and deliver training programs on Housekeeping and Food & Beverages to students.
  • Create lesson plans, course materials, and assessments in line with industry standards.
  • Conduct practical demonstrations and provide hands-on training to students.
  • Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and developments to ensure training content is current and relevant.
  • Collaborate with the education team to continuously enhance the training curriculum.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
  • Monitor and track student progress throughout the training program.
  • Ensure training sessions are conducted in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills
:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (BHM preferred).
  • Proven work experience as a Hospitality Trainer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in Housekeeping and Food & Beverages operations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate students in a classroom setting.
  • Patience and adaptability to work with diverse learner backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using computer applications and training tools.
