**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective lesson plans that align with educational standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Manage classroom dynamics, ensuring a safe and supportive environment conducive to learning.
- Provide individualized tutoring and support to students as needed, addressing their unique educational needs.
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote positive behavior and engagement among students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum offerings and share best practices in teaching methodologies.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with educational trends and teaching strategies.
- Foster relationships with students, parents, and the community to support student growth and development.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in teaching or tutoring, with a focus on early childhood education or preschool experience preferred.
- Strong background in classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies.
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and special education practices is highly desirable.
- Experience in curriculum development and lesson planning is essential for success in this role.
- A passion for working with children and the ability to create an engaging learning environment is a must.
