**Responsibilities**

1. Planning and preparing biology lessons based on the student’s ability to understand concepts.

2. Arranging and preparing students in the laboratory for science experiments.

3. Developing teaching strategies and techniques for monitoring student’s performance.

4. Assessing students' classwork, experiments, papers, and other assignments.

5. Organizing field trips to science museums.

6. Overseeing the student’s laboratory activities.

7. Helping students in representing our school at various events and workshops.

8. Preparing and maintaining student’s attendance records and other required documents.

9. Suggesting improvements to the Science Department in compliance with the school procedures.

10. Planning and developing teaching materials aid.

11. Staying up to date with the latest advances in science and technology as well as attending professional conferences.

**Required Educational Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Biology, Science, or a related field

**Work Experience**: 5+ years’ experience working as a Biology teacher with a reputed school
