**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to explain courses, benefits, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of interested prospects and nurture leads through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Maintain records of calls and student interactions using the CRM system.
- Schedule and coordinate counselling appointments and campus visits.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, and career opportunities.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or admissions counselling (Education sector preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Target-driven and self-motivated.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience in the education industry.
- Ability to handle high call volumes with a positive attitude.
- Good understanding of student psychology and career counselling techniques.
