**Job Summary**:
The Import Executive will oversee and manage all import activities, including documentation, shipment tracking, coordination with shipping agents, and compliance with regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of imported goods.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Import Documentation**:

- Prepare and process import documentation as per regulatory requirements.
- **Shipment Tracking**:

- Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery to the factory or designated location.
- **Vendor Coordination**:

- Coordinate with shipping agents, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to manage logistics efficiently.
- **Regulatory Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to import laws and regulations, including the preparation of necessary licenses and permits.
- **Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all import transactions and shipping documents.
- **Cost Optimization**:

- Negotiate with shipping agents to optimize freight rates and reduce overall import costs.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in import operations or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of import regulations, documentation, and customs clearance processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with SAP systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
